Counselling - taking time to talk
I studied Psychotherapy for two years primarily to support clients during my other therapies. Some clients find the need to talk in more depth and feel it is helpful to have a separate appointment with someone they can trust, especially if a situation becomes overwhelming and they can't see a way forward .
Whatever the problem - something that has been rumbling away for years, or a more recent event, if you feel it is detrimentally affecting your daily life talking may provide a forward. Sessions take place in a relaxed, safe and confidential way.
